Inbound & Receiving

Goods-in handling with full batch capture, condition checks, and reconciliation against purchase orders. Anomalies are flagged and resolved before stock enters the live pick face, not afterwards.

Batch-Controlled Warehousing

Stock is held with full batch and expiry visibility from intake to despatch. FEFO is enforced at the pick. Quarantine zones, temperature-controlled areas, and segregated holding for regulated stock are part of the standard environment.

Pick & Pack

Order picking calibrated to the category: gentle handling for cosmetics and fragrance, secure handling for high-value SKUs, and accurate counts for multipack supplements. We pack to your specification, not to a generic warehouse template.

Multi-Channel Fulfilment

Direct-to-consumer, marketplace (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and equivalent), retailer EDI, and wholesale despatch all handled from a single inventory pool. Channel rules, packaging requirements, and SLAs are configured per client and enforced at the system level.

Returns Processing

Returns inspected, graded, and reprocessed according to category rules. Sellable stock is returned to the pick face quickly; non-sellable stock is documented and disposed of in line with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Value-Added Services

Kitting, bundling, subscription assembly, influencer mailers, custom inserts, peak-season pre-builds, and bespoke packaging projects. The presentation work on which the unboxing experience depends.

How we work

From first conversation to quarterly review.

Discovery and fit.

We start by understanding your channels, your SKU profile, your forecast, and the specific operational issues you are trying to resolve. If we are not the right partner for you, we will tell you in this conversation rather than after a long sales process.

Onboarding.

A defined onboarding programme covers inventory transfer, system integration (your commerce platform, your marketplace channels, your ERP), SOP build, and a dry-run period before any live orders ship. The intention is that the first live week feels routine, not eventful.

Live operation.

Day-to-day fulfilment runs against agreed SLAs with weekly operational reporting and a named account contact. Anything outside SLA is escalated immediately, not at the next scheduled review.

Quarterly review.

We meet quarterly to look at performance, forecast, and capability gaps. If something needs to change for peak season, for a product launch, or for a channel expansion, that is the moment it gets planned and committed.
